one. The meaning of this public offer
1.1. This public offer ("Offer") is a proposal of the AUTONOMOUS NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION "CULTURE, SCIENCE, SPORT "STANDARD 2.0" ("Organization"), the details of which are specified in clause 5 of the Offer, to conclude with any person who responds to the Offer ("Donor ”), donation agreement (“Agreement”) for the statutory purposes of the Organization, on the terms and conditions provided below.
1.2. The offer is a public offer in accordance with paragraph 2 of Art. 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
1.3. The offer comes into force from the day following the day of posting on the Organization's Website on the Internet at: https://www.standard2zero.com/
1.4. The Offer may be amended and supplemented, which shall enter into force on the day following the day of posting on the Website of the Organization.
1.5. The offer is valid indefinitely. The Organization has the right to cancel the Offer at any time without explanation.
1.6. The invalidity of one or more terms of the Offer does not entail the invalidity of all the terms of the Offer.
1.7. The place of placement of the Offer is the city of Yekaterinburg, Russian Federation.
2. Essential terms of the Agreement
2.1. Donation Amount: The amount of the donation is determined by the Donor.
2.2. Purpose of the donation: implementation of the statutory goals of the Organization.
3. Procedure for concluding the Agreement
3.1. The Agreement is concluded by acceptance of the Offer by the Donor.
3.2. The Offer may be accepted by the Donor in any of the following ways:
3.2.1. by transferring funds by the Donor in favor of the Organization by a payment order according to the details specified in clause 5 of the Offer, indicating “donation for statutory activities” or “charitable donation”, in the line: “purpose of payment”, as well as using payment terminals, plastic cards, electronic payment systems and other means, and systems that allow the Donor to transfer funds to the Organization;
3.2.2. by placing cash (banknotes or coins) in boxes (boxes) for collecting donations established by the Organization or third parties on behalf and in the interests of the Organization in public and other places.
3.3. The performance by the Donor of any of the actions provided for in clause 3.2 of the Offer is considered acceptance of the Offer in accordance with clause 3 of Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
3.4. The date of acceptance of the Offer and, accordingly, the date of conclusion of the Agreement is the date of receipt of funds from the Donor to the settlement account of the Organization, and in the case provided for in clause 3.2.3, the date of withdrawal by authorized representatives of the Organization of funds from the box (box) for collecting donations.
4. Other terms
4.1. By performing the actions provided for by this Offer, the Donor confirms that he is familiar with the terms and the text of this Offer, the goals of the Organization, is aware of the significance of his actions, has the full right to perform them and fully accepts the terms of this Offer.
4.2. This Offer is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
